The BCJustice web site is a private enterprise that organizes and provides online legal documents for research purposes for journalists and other persons interested in the work performed and Judgements issued by the Superior  Court of British Columbia. By using this site you agree to abide, and you are bound, by this User Agreement and its terms and conditions. BCJustice reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of its User Agreement at any time and you agree by virtue of using this site, to be bound by any such changes.

Only a single (one) copy of any Judgment is legally permitted to be copied. The BCJustice copy of each Judgment was obtained from the Courts BC website. If any person wishes to obtain more than a single (one) copy of any Judgement, permission of the British Columbia Superior Courts is necessary.  To request such permission, contact any Court Registrar in the Province of British Columbia.

Some Judgements are revised by the Courts after their initial release.  BCJustice does make an effort to ensure our database contains the most up to date revisions, although no guarantee is offered or implied.

No material from this site is permitted to be used for sale or barter. No third party shall place any content from this site specifically into another site, especially when it would be used in a setting that includes advertising and/or other materials that BCJustice has not authorized. Neither you nor any third party shall make use of this site’s data organizing framework in any manner unless authorized by the BCJustice

We take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other destructive elements arriving into this site, but we do not guarantee or warrant that  materials on our site do not contain these and/or other destructive  elements. BCJustice is not liable for any damages or harm attributable to such elements. Use of this site is at a user's own risk.

BCJustice at its sole discretion may terminate at any time the use of this site by any user for any reason we deem necessary and in the interests of BCJustice and/or our users as a whole.
